    Thank you for your support. Signing up for your Kent Smith Photography Fundraising session is easy!

    Step One: Fill out this form and either purchase your Mini Session or a traditional Kent Smith Photography session.
    All Mini sessions are $249 with $75 of the proceeds going directly to the Ronald McDonald House!

    The Traditional Kent Smith Photography session is $250 with 100% of the proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House. In addition to your purchase you will receive a $250 credit on your account for portrait products.

    All fundraising sessions must be purchased through this form so we can give the appropriate donation to the organization.

    Step Two: Someone from the Kent Smith staff will be in contact with you to help you schedule your session time for your chosen date. Our regular studio hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
