“When I first heard about the Kent Smith model program, I knew I wanted to do it. I didn’t think my mom would go for it, but once she learned more about it, she was sold. I went in for my first shoot, not knowing what to expect, and I was excited but nervous. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Alex and felt like I belonged instantly. Amanda came and got me out of the dressing room, and she went through his the shoot was going to go. There was music playing, fans blowing, it was so much fun. After the shoot, we had our meeting with Sherri. She explained to us how the model program would work, and the amazing deals and experiences we would get. With the package I got, free hair and make up was complimentary, plus I got a chance to walk the runway at KSP Fashion Fest! Along with that, we got a great discount on the shoots and images, while also getting a larger amount of both. I knew that I would never get a chance to be a “model” ever again, so I knew I would be crazy not to take the opportunity. I’m extremely glad I made the decision to do my pictures with Kent Smith. The quality and uniqueness of the images are nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Since I’m a swimmer, Amanda even threw water on me to get the best shots possible! The staff will totally go out of their way to make sure you’re getting the best out of your experience, whether you’re a model or not. I’ve made so many friends and have had so much fun being a Kent Smith model. My favorite experience by far has been the KSP FashionFest to raise money for Nellie’s Catwalk. We all got dressed up in clothes from Buckle, Maggie & Me, and Francesca’s, and got to walk in the runway like we were actual models! That’s a memory I’ll never forget, and one thing I’ll be able to tell my children about when I’m older. Yes, being a model costs money, but the experience is worth every penny. I love the images, the staff, the shoots, everything! There’s no other place I would recommend than Kent Smith Photography for a senior picture experience.”
