  • Grad Announcement and Thank You cards

    All designs shown are 5x7 postcards and come with white envelopes. If you prefer a folded style we can create that for you at an additional charge of $35 per 25. Please note your request on your order form. Thank you cards are 5x7 postcards with one image on the front and space for writing on the back. The design will coordinate with your chosen announcement design and will include white envelopes.

    Basic custom changes in color or font to the designs shown will be an additional $15. If you would prefer a completely custom card we can create it for you! Please contact the studio to schedule your appointment. Custom creative appointments start at $60 and go up depending on the complexity of the design, card shape, number of folds, etc.

    Placing your order:

    STEP 1: Choose your favorite design template. Select an image for each image space on template -- if it is a horizontal or vertical space choose the appropriate image. Square spaces can usually accommodate either style. You may use any image you have already ordered from. If you have one of our albums you may use any of those images. If you would like to use images that have not been retouched please add an extra $15 per image.
    STEP 2: Decide the wording for your announcement. This can be whatever you would like. Changes from what is shown on the card IS NOT a custom charge.
    STEP 3: Select the image for your thank you card.
    STEP 4: Choose quantities for both the announcements and thank you cards.
    STEP 5: Check the box if you would like to upgrade from standard card stock to pearl.
    STEP 6: Check the box if you would like to have your completed order shipped to you. Shipping charges will vary, a staff member can give you the price based on your order.

    After placing your order you will be contacted by a Kent Smith staff member to complete payment and we can begin creating your order. You will receive a proof to approve before printing. Your card will be created using exactly the names and spelling given to us on the order form so please verify the correct spelling and names of all venues, streets, etc.

    **We recommend mailing announcements at least 4 weeks before commencement. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for the design/approval process and us to receive the order from our lab.**

    Runway & Luxe model packages include 15 complimentary announcements and thank you cards. THEY MUST BE ORDERED BY APRIL 15th. No exceptions. Choose your favorite design and when submitting your order form please put KSPMODEL in the special offer section. Additional cards beyond the complimentary 15 can be ordered in quantities of 25.


    Our vinyl outdoor banners are gorgeous and will look amazing in your yard for the grad party or when your guests arrive for the commencement ceremony. Banners come with grommets and are durable -- they will hold up in the spring rain or storms! Hanging materials are not included but your banner will come with instructions on how to best install it for display. Background and type colors can be changed to match school colors at no additional charge.

    To order:

    STEP 1: Choose your favorite design and image. Most banners say something like -- Congratulations Alex, Hillard Davidson, Class of 2016, Ohio University Bound.

    You can choose any wording you would like for your banner. We recommend ordering by mid- April to allow for design time and delivery so you can have it displayed in your yard at least a couple weeks before graduation.

    Additional images can be included on the banner for $10 each (some parents like to include baby pictures or several senior images) – due to space we recommend no more than 3 and to order the 3x6 size.

    As a Kent Smith senior you receive a complimentary family session! This is the perfect time to capture your family before your child heads off to college. Time gets away from all of us, lives change and families change. We believe it’s so important to record this time (that came so quickly!) while you can. Call us to reserve your session at 614-866-1777. This summer will be busy so don’t wait or it will be gone 🙁 If your family comes in for your session prior to June 30th we will give you the complimentary session AND a credit equal to 10% of your senior order to be used toward your wall portrait.

  • We have worked very hard to create these amazing, once in a lifetime images of your son or daughter. This is a reminder that our studio owns the copyright to all the images we take and it is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce, or duplicate in any way the images created by the studio, including, but not limited to, online sharing and social networking sites, without the expressed and written consent of the studio. We can create anything you would like, so if you are interested in something you don’t see here please contact us and we will be happy to help you!
