Wow, what a weekend. This was such a fun wedding for us to photograph – not only due to the amazing weather we had in St. Augustine this weekend, but Emma & Brett had such a relaxed and happy attitude going into their big day. Our team consisted of Amanda (myself), Emily and Chloe, and I have to say we make a fantastic team!
The whole day was a beautiful whirlwind. In lieu of a first look, the couple did a first touch, and what a sweet moment it was! Emma and Brett both expressed before the day, Brett is the more emotional one of the two. Knowing this, we got Brett in position first and then we went to grab Emma. Before we could even get her in position, the happy tears began for Brett (and us too!) as Emma giggled lovingly toward Brett. We were laying on the ground to capture the beauty of the dress and veil, and in that moment we created this image (above).

The ceremony and reception both took place at The Treasury on the Plaza, a gorgeous venue in the heart of St. Augustine. After the ceremony and for the first time as Mr. & Mrs. Coffel, Emma and Brett entered the reception and went straight into their first dance. Dancing to Perfect by Ed Sheeran, Emma & Brett’s parents and the bridal party watched with full hearts and huge smiles. In that moment we created this image.
After the most perfect day, Brett & Emma finished off the evening with a sparkler sendoff. We can’t wait to share the rest of the images!
